My sister's $2 lentils changed my mind about meal prep
She made a giant batch for $6 total in Austin and it lasted 5 days, I always thought meal prep meant boring chicken and rice. Anyone else find a cheap staple that actually tastes better reheated?

Doubt it lasts 5 days without getting old by day 3 honestly. Lentils are cheap for a reason and reheated mush is still mush.
