That church potluck where I learned to stretch one chicken into three meals
After watching Mrs. Patterson turn a single rotisserie chicken into chicken salad, chicken soup, and chicken enchiladas at the First Baptist potluck last Sunday, I finally get why people say to buy whole birds instead of breasts, has anyone else figured out how to get more than two meals out of one chicken?

Honestly three solid meals beats grazing all day every time.

I used to be a grazer, snacking all day, but @wells.evan might be onto something. Tried it for a week with three balanced meals and I wasn't raiding the pantry by 3pm. Actually felt full and leveled out my energy. Still miss the little pick-me-ups though, not gonna lie.
