Man that is the most frustrating thing. Honestly if the app is crashing that much on you it might be worth just buying the ticket through the website on your phone browser instead. I had the same problem with the app a few months back and the browser version worked way smoother for me. Saves you from wanting to throw your phone across the room.

Man that sucks. I feel your pain @webb.hannah, auto-updates are the worst. They always seem to hit right when you're in the middle of something important. Never fails. It's like the phone knows exactly when to mess with you. I've had that happen during checkout for concert tickets before and almost lost them. Ended up just turning off auto-updates entirely. Fixed the problem but it's annoying you even have to do that. App crashes are bad enough without the phone working against you too.

Yeah totally, @ryan_hart38, that browser trick works until your phone decides to auto-update in the middle of checkout and you have to start over again... happens to me every single time.
