My roommate bought one of those meal kits back in 2019 and the box sat in our fridge for like 11 days before she even opened it. The ice packs melted everywhere and the chicken smelled so bad we had to throw the whole thing out on the porch. She kept saying she'd cook it "tomorrow" and tomorrow never came. Last I checked she still had the app on her phone but never ordered again. Some people just are not built for the meal kit life and that is fine.
