That "trained to need constant stimulation" part hits hard. We've made it feel weird to just be alone with a meal, like we're wasting time if we're not also consuming something else. It turns a basic pleasure into just another task to get through.

Ugh that's so real. It's like we can't even sit with our own thoughts for five minutes anymore. I've caught myself doing the same thing, just scrolling while my food gets cold. Feels like we're all trained to need constant stimulation now, even during simple stuff like eating. Kinda sad when you think about it, but it's such a habit.
