Switched from a big carrier plan at $80 a month to a prepaid one for $45 back in January and I have paid the same amount 7 times now. My brother in Tulsa said prepaid was for people who do not care about service, but I get the same bars at my house. The catch is I bought my phone outright, so the savings only start after 3 months. Anyone else here run prepaid and have it actually stay flat, or did the fees sneak up on you later?
