Pro tip: Dollar store meal kits beat the grocery store version every time

I compared the $5.99 pasta kit from the chain grocery to the $1.25 one at the dollar store near my apartment in Austin. Same cooking time, same taste honestly. The only difference was the packaging and one less herb packet. Been doing this for 3 months now, cuts my weekly meal cost by about $14. Anyone else find cheap versions that actually hold up?
