A guy in Phoenix said he runs his shop on 3 numbers, and now I can't stop counting mine
I was waiting on a tire rotation on Tuesday and the guy next to me mentioned he owns a print shop in Phoenix with 8 workers. He said he only looks at 3 numbers every week: cash on hand, jobs booked for next week, and what he owes suppliers in the next 30 days. I've been running mine on gut feel for 6 years, so I want to ask: what 3 numbers do you guys actually check, and did you pick them yourself or steal them from someone else?
