Did you ever try one of those cheap vibration gloves first? I had the same wrist pain years back. A buddy let me borrow his Festool sander for a weekend project building some cabinets. I swear, after a few hours the tingling in my fingers was almost gone. My doc said it's because the sander's vibration is so controlled it doesn't mess with your nerves like the cheaper ones do. Pretty wild how good tool design can fix something a brace couldn't.
