Serious question, how many raised panel doors before you stop counting mistakes?
Ngl I hit door number 500 on my router table a couple weeks back and it caught me off guard. I marked it in sharpie on the jig like some kind of weird trophy. First 100 doors my scrap pile was taller than my bench, now I go through maybe 2 bad stiles a week. The thing that flipped it for me was building a dedicated coping sled with toggle clamps instead of trusting the factory fence. Took me 3 tries to get the fence square because the miter slot on my table had more slop than a cheap drawer. 500 doors in and I finally feel like I know what the wood is gonna do before the bit touches it. What was the number where things clicked for you guys, or am I just slow?
