Fiber drop got yanked by a lawn crew, who eats the rework cost?
Last Tuesday a landscaping crew in Boise snagged a fiber drop I'd just buried on a residential install, the conduit pulled right out of the ground box. I had to redo the whole 120 foot run and re-terminate both ends, which ate up my whole afternoon. Should the homeowner's contractor pay for my time, or is that just the cost of doing business for us cable guys?
