My buddy had to rewire his whole house after a similar crawl space nightmare. He ended up switching to a mesh system to avoid all that cable. Sometimes the hard way is what makes you find the easier fix lol.

My cousin's mesh system still drops out in her old brick house. The thick walls just kill the signal no matter what.
