Just finished my 200th attic crawl this year and my knees are screaming.
That's a lot of fiberglass insulation and low clearance, so what's your go-to knee pad brand that actually holds up?

From my own time doing similar work, it was actually a huge relief on my joints. Getting into the right form took pressure off my knees compared to standing all day. A lot depends on your body and how you set things up. My experience was totally different, but everyone has their own thing that works.
