The guy who brought in a camera full of sand and blamed the beach

Last summer a surfer dude dropped off a Canon that was packed with so much grit I found a tiny starfish in the mirror box, and when I asked how it got like that he just shrugged and said, 'the ocean wanted a photo too,' which left me wondering if anyone else has gotten a weird organic surprise inside a body, like a feather or a bug or worse?
