Finally swapped my old foam pad for an inflatable one. Night and day.

Used that blue foam roll for years. Thought it was fine. Tried a Thermarest NeoAir Xlite on a trip to the Adirondacks. Slept through the whole night for once. Woke up without a single ache. The foam just doesn't cut it below 50 degrees. Anyone have a good inflatable pad that's held up for more than three seasons?

Yeah, used to be a total foam pad loyalist. Thought the whole inflatable thing was just extra weight and hassle. Borrowed a friend's Nemo Tensor on a cold trip and it completely changed my mind. The difference in warmth and comfort is just huge, like you said. My old foam pad feels like sleeping on a sidewalk now.

Still waiting for my Tensor to get a hole, @shanes66.

Same thing happened to me with a Thermarest.
