Found a stat that made me rethink everything about job hopping

I was reading through some Bureau of Labor data last night and saw that people who stay at a company for 2+ years actually make 50% less over a decade than those who switch every 18 months. I always thought loyalty looked good on a resume... guess not. Has anyone else crunched the numbers on this?

18 months? Man I can barely commit to a gym membership that long. But hey if the BLS says hopping pays off guess my resume is about to look like a game of musical chairs.

Does it feel like everyone's jumping jobs sooner now, @knight.uma?
