Just realized my resume says 'managed' 14 times and got me zero callbacks in 2 months
I tweaked my resume for a warehouse supervisor role in Columbus and counted the word 'managed' 14 times, so I rewrote everything with actual numbers like crew sizes, pallet counts, and on-time rates. Two days after I posted the new version I got 3 callbacks, which is 3 more than the 60 applications before it. Has anyone else counted their buzzwords and seen a real change after cutting them?
