The simple tool that changed how I track freelance projects
I kept missing deadlines until I started using a physical whiteboard instead of digital task managers. Has anyone else found that going analog helps them stay more organized?

Have you tried using different colored markers for different project phases? I color code everything and it makes the deadlines way more obvious at a glance.

Piggybacking on the color coding thing too, I got a cheap pack of magnetic tiles off Amazon and write due dates on those with a dry erase marker. I stick them right on the whiteboard next to each project name and move them around when things shift. It's dumb but it actually helps me see the whole month at a glance without flipping through apps.
