A trim guy in Tulsa showed me how to cut crown upside down and I've never gone back
I was nesting crown on the flat for two hours on a kitchen in Tulsa when this older trim guy named Ray watched me for a second and said cut it upside down in the saw, nested like it sits on the wall. Took me three tries to wrap my head around the backwards angle but my cuts lined up dead on after that. Cut my time in half on that run and I haven't cut crown flat since. Any of you still cut crown flat on purpose, or did everyone switch to nesting it?
