Dado stack vs router bits for cabinet shelf dados, which do you actually reach for?

I've been cutting shelf dados on a 60 drawer cabinet job in Portland and tried both a stacked dado set and a router with a spiral bit. The router gave me cleaner edges but took way longer to set up per cut, while the dado stack ripped through 30 boards in one afternoon but left fuzz I had to sand. For production speed over finish quality, am I missing something, or do most of you just pick one depending on the timeline?

Ever actually timed yourself dialing in those router bits? Stack dado and a sharp blade fixes most fuzz anyway.

Stack dado every time, sanding beats setup hassle.
