Remember when we had to sharpen every chisel by hand before a job?

Back in the 90s, my first boss made me spend an hour every Monday morning at the bench stone. Now I just drop my set off at the sharpening service in town for $25 and pick them up like new. The time I save lets me focus on the actual cuts, not the prep. Anyone else still keep a stone in their bag for quick touch-ups, or have you fully switched over?

My bench stone mostly just collects dust now (and shame).

My old Stanley stone was my pride until I saw @jackson.max's dusty one last month.
