Glue down vs stretch in for a 3000 sq ft office, went glue and regret it

Picked glue down for speed on that big office spec in Denver last month but the subfloor had a couple low spots I missed and now the seams are telegraphing through, how do you guys handle leveling compound when the timeline gets squeezed?

Tbh with tight timelines I'd have just floated the low spots with a fast-set patch while the glue was going down, but since you're already stuck, hit those seams with a heat gun and a seam sealer before it gets worse. Honestly, leveling compound is the one thing you can't rush, even on a 3000 footer.
