Switched from a knee kicker to a power stretcher in 2019 and my shoulders finally stopped aching
For years I did every room with a knee kicker, even big open floors, and by Friday my knees and shoulders were wrecked. Bought a used power stretcher off a guy in Fresno for $220 back in 2019, and now I use the kicker just for closets and stairs. The stretch is tighter and I quit getting callbacks on ripples. Anybody else made that switch, or do you still kick it all in?
