The hallway redo that changed my seam method for good

I was doing a 40 foot run in a rental unit near Fresno and my seam pealed open right where the hallway met the doorframe, totally my fault for using a straight pull instead of a Z pattern there. After an hour of re-gluing and re-stretching that section, I realized the issue was my seam tape overlap, not the glue or the padding. Anyone else found that certain doorframe spots need a different seam approach, or is it just me and my stubborn ways?
