Dropped $180 on a demand letter from a lawyer in Spokane, got paid in 9 days
I sat on a $4,200 invoice for almost 3 months and kept sending nice emails that went nowhere. Finally paid a lawyer $180 to send one scary letter and the check showed up 9 days later, no fight at all. Feels bad that politeness did nothing while a piece of paper did the job. Wondering if I should just build that cost into my pricing from the start, has anyone done that?
