Picked a software reminder over my own paper calendar, and my late invoices dropped from 6 to 1
For two years I wrote payment due dates on a paper calendar by my desk, and somehow I still let six invoices slip past 30 days last fall. So in January I switched to an automatic reminder in my invoicing app that pings me at day 25 and again at day 31, and since then only one payment has gone late. The paper calendar felt more personal, but I clearly needed the nudge I could not ignore. Has anyone found a reminder setup that works without turning into constant nagging?
