Vent: Had to choose between sending a final demand letter or just writing off a $1,200 invoice from a repeat customer. I went with the letter.

Yeah, "change what they tell other people" is the whole point. You're trying to shape the story after you're gone. It's a last shot at controlling your own narrative.
