DAE hit 300 covers on a Tuesday and feel nothing?

We had a private party book out the whole dining room last week, and the final count came to 302 plates served. I expected to feel some kind of rush hitting that number on a random weeknight, but I just felt tired and checked the walk-in for tomorrow's prep. Has a big service number ever just landed flat for you guys?

Honestly, that number hitting flat makes total sense. The rush comes from the fight, you know, not the final count. A smooth 300-cover night where the machine just works is a win, but it's a quiet one. It means your systems are solid and the team was locked in. Feeling tired but not wrecked is the real sign you did good work. The big feeling probably got spread out over the whole service instead of hitting you all at once at the end.

You ever get that same feeling after a long cleaning job, @ray562?
