The immersion blender I mocked for years finally won me over
Used to think they were gimmicks for home cooks. Then we got slammed at the restaurant last month, and my sous whipped up a 40 quart batch of soup in 10 minutes flat. Anyone else come around on a tool they swore they'd never use?
