Serious question, has anyone else had a client insist on using those chemical chimney cleaning logs? A homeowner in Bellingham swore by them for years, but when I finally got in there, the creosote buildup was almost an inch thick in places.

My sister tried one of those robot vacuums last year. Honestly, it just pushes the dirt around most of the time. You still gotta do the real work yourself.

Nah, the newer ones actually do a solid job on hard floors.
