Am I the only one who finally saw the red flag when a homeowner asked to pay me after the city inspector signed off?
Bid a $4,200 repipe in Cincinnati last week and the guy said he'd only pay once the inspector passed it, which means my money rides on a schedule I don't control, so how do you all handle folks who want to tie payment to somebody else's timeline?
