Just found out my client's 'small side project' has a $2,400 budget cap from their own boss
I asked for a signed scope doc after 3 rounds of changes and the project manager let slip that anything over $2,400 needs VP sign-off, so now I'm wondering how many other freelancers here got burned by a client who never had approval for the real number, has anyone else run into this?
