Just realized the old plumber who said 'never take a job where they've already had two other guys quit' was giving me the best business advice I ever got
He told me that back in 2019 when I was starting my crew, and I ignored it twice, both times the client had burned through two contractors before me and I ended up chasing a $3,400 invoice for four months, so now I ask straight up how many people have worked on it before me and if the answer is more than one I walk, has anyone else started asking that question before they even give a bid?
