Well, that's a generous way to look at it, but some folks would say that's just the client finally realizing what they actually need. If you don't train them early that changes cost time and money, you're just asking for trouble.

Training them early about costs is one thing, but sometimes the client really does figure out what they need through the process. If you're too rigid about changes, you can kill the trust and the whole project suffers. A little flexibility upfront can save a lot of headaches down the road.
