PSA: Client who asks for 'small changes' before signing the contract
Had a guy ask for just two tiny revisions on the proposal. Said it would take me 5 minutes. Wanted a color swap and a font change. I did it. Then he asked for another revision. Then another. After the sixth one I told him we need to talk about scope. He ghosted. That was 3 weeks ago. Has anyone else had clients use this as a trick to get free work upfront?
