Shoutout to the guy at the bus stop who asked why I was carrying a bag of bottles
He watched me haul 40 cans and jars to the depot on 5th Street and said it was barely worth 3 bucks, so I showed him my recycling tracker app from Denver and now we trade pickup routes every Thursday.

Man, that's the whole trick right there. Once you see the numbers add up over a few months, it stops feeling like nickels and starts feeling like a real side gig.
