I finally adjusted our coolant approach after the local plant closure changed our air quality

Honestly, the dust levels in our shop shot up since the factory down the road shut down. Tbh, I began adding a bit of water-soluble oil to our mist system to cut down on buildup. Ngl, it keeps the ways cleaner and the machines running quieter. Had to test a few ratios, but settling on a 1:20 mix did the trick.

For mixes like that, exact ratios avoid problems. Evan_burns' close enough way might work sometimes, but it's risky. Measuring right gives you the same results every time.
