Coding with my team weekly turned out way better than solo practice

I thought going solo on code projects was the only real way to learn. Then a coworker got me into our group sessions and fixing bugs together made it way easier. How do you guys handle learning from people at work?

Bug bashes on Fridays, that takes me back. I used to think my code was so clean until I saw how many dumb mistakes I made when someone else looked at it. Now I realize half my solo breakthroughs were just me missing something obvious.
