Appreciation post: I still love instant coffee and I'm not ashamed

All my coffee snob friends hate on it, but I think it's perfect for busy mornings. Why spend ages brewing when you can have a decent cup in seconds?

Oh man, my friend Sarah had her fancy grinder die right before a big meeting. She was panicking but used instant coffee as a backup. She said it was totally fine and got her through the morning chaos. That stuff is a LIFESAVER when you're in a pinch. Her coffee snob boyfriend even admitted it wasn't terrible. The whole thing just proves that instant coffee has its PERFECT place.

Right, the dead grinder situation is so real. My espresso machine broke last month and instant was the only thing between me and being a zombie. Saved my butt, and my snobby roommate didn't even notice.
