Paid $150 for a hand grinder, and my $20 blade grinder had been lying to me for 2 years
Grabbed a Timemore C2 about 4 months back in Austin. First cup out of it tasted so different I thought I messed up the ratio. Turns out all those months with the blade grinder, I was drinking boulders and dust mixed together. What did your first 'real' grinder upgrade actually do to your morning cup?
