Rant: watched a barista in Portland weigh her beans for 20 minutes at 6am and something clicked
I used to eyeball my scoop every single morning until I saw her hit 18.5 grams on a scale at the cafe on Alberta St, and now my $12 drip tastes the same every time, so how many of you actually weigh your grounds or am I the last one doing it by eye?
