The $60 coffee scale that left me squinting all week
Picked up a budget scale off Amazon with 0.1g accuracy claims, but the display was so dim I had to hold it under my lamp just to read 18g of beans. Turns out the sensor drifts like crazy too, my pour over was all over the place for 4 mornings before I checked with a friend's scale. Anyone else deal with cheap scales that look great in pics but fail in real kitchen light?
