Visited that new roaster in Portland and saw something weird
They had their beans in clear glass jars right by the window, getting direct sun all day. I asked the barista and she said they rotate them weekly, but that's still way too long. Anyone know a good roaster in the area that actually stores their stuff right?

Skip that place and try Heart Coffee instead. They keep their beans in proper bags in a dark cabinet.
