Am I the only one who thinks slabbed comics ruined the fun of collecting?
Dropped $180 on a graded copy of Uncanny X-Men 266 at a shop in Denver and I honestly wish I'd just bought a beat up reader copy for $15 instead. I can't flip through it, I can't smell the old paper, I just stare at a plastic case. Anyone else miss when collecting was about reading and trading instead of chasing a 9.8?
