My LCS pulled my pull list over a $4 book and I almost quit the shop
Went into my shop in Boise last Saturday to grab my holds and the owner told me he gave my copy of Saga #65 to a walk-in because I was "two weeks late" picking it up. I had been in the hospital for a week, so I asked if he could at least order another one, and he said the reprint wouldn't ship for a month. I ended up finding it at a shop in Nampa for cover price, but now I'm wondering if I should just start a box at the second place. Has anyone else had a shop give away their pulls like that, or is this just how it goes now?

My barber pulled the same thing last month with my Saturday slot after ten years, so now I drive to Meridian.
