Can we talk about cheap dive knives
I grabbed a $60 knife from a boat shop in Tampa thinking it would be fine for light work. The thing snapped at the hilt the first time I had to pry a bit of old netting off a piling. What do you guys actually use that can take a beating without costing a fortune?

Grab a Mora fixed blade, seriously.

Can't go wrong there. Used one for years to process fish up at the cabin. The carbon steel ones hold an edge forever if you keep them dry. Just a solid tool that does the job without any fuss.

Totally agree, they're just stupid good for the money. I've beat the hell out of mine for years and it just keeps going. I mean, it's hard to find a better deal.
