Honestly, I gotta push back a little on this one. I've seen homeowners get real weird about concrete because they're so scared it's gonna crack or fail. They don't know the difference between keeping it damp for proper curing and literally hosing it down like a lawn. Yeah, turning the hose on the crew is a jerk move, but I bet that guy thought he was helping. It's a pain for sure, but sometimes you gotta remember most people aren't concrete pros and they're just trying not to mess up an expensive job.

Oh man, that sounds miserable. I read a story once where a homeowner kept watering the fresh concrete because they thought it would help it cure faster. Some people just shouldn't be on site.
