Hit my 40th auto-draft rejection from the FAA in 11 months, and now I'm sure the system is built to wear you down
I keep a spreadsheet of every Freedom of Information Act request I send in, mostly about drone flight logs near airports. As of yesterday I'm at 40 denials from the FAA since January, and 33 of them used the exact same wording about "safety sensitive" info. That ratio cannot be a coincidence, it feels like a copy paste machine meant to bleed you dry on appeals. Anyone else tracking their own numbers on this? I want to know if 33 out of 40 matches what you're seeing.
