I used to buy into every moon landing hoax video on YouTube

For like five years straight I watched all those 'exposed' docs and thought we never went. Then I actually talked to a guy at a bar who worked on guidance systems for Apollo... he laughed and gave me three specific details about the retroreflectors on the moon. I looked it up that night and realized how much of the conspiracy relies on ignoring basic physics. Has anyone else here changed their mind on a big one after talking to someone who was actually there?

Honestly yeah, same thing happened to me with chemtrails.

My buddy Dave tried to explain them away as "just water vapor" and I'm like, have you seen the sky lately? He didn't talk to me for a week after that.

@anna717 Respectfully disagree, the science on chemtrails doesn't hold up when you look at the actual data.
