I used to think the moon landing hoax crowd was just trolling, then I actually read their side
Last week a guy brought his truck into my shop in Tulsa and while I had it on the lift he started going on about the moon landing being faked. I'd always dismissed that stuff as jokes, but he pulled up 40 minutes of clips on his phone and I actually sat there and listened instead of shutting him down. The difference was he showed me specific things, like the flag and the missing stars, not just wild claims with nothing behind them. I still think the landing happened, but comparing his version to the debunking videos I found after made me realize I'd never really looked at the other side. What got you into or out of that argument?
